About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Annuity Case Specialist to join our team at National Life Group. As an Annuity Case Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering a superior customer experience to our distribution channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assess basic life insurance risk and empower our customers with information to make informed decisions.
  • Process applications in workflow management systems and collaborate with the team to achieve results.
  • Effectively communicate with agents/agencies via phone, email, and CRM.
  • Act as the primary liaison with producing agents/agencies throughout the life cycle of each application.

  • 2+ years of professional work experience interacting with customers in life insurance and/or annuity fields.
