About the Role

The Asset Management Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the value of our real estate assets, benefiting both residents and the community.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in property management
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and investors
  • Enforce lease terms and conditions
  • Handle notices and resident issues
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for property upkeep and improvements
  • Communicate effectively with residents, investors, and vendors
  • Manage move-ins, move-outs, and unit turn projects
  • Represent clients in legal processes such as evictions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning
  • Collaborate with local agencies for building improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and contribute to process improvement
  • Demonstrate strong technological aptitude
  • Exhibit sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Possess effective project management and prioritization skills
  • Have working knowledge of building mechanical systems
  • Show exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills

What We Offer

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $58,700 - $65,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, after 60 days of employment, you can expect:
