About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join All Star Healthcare Solutions as a Pulmonology Specialist in northern Vermont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and expertise in outpatient pulmonary medicine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and management in outpatient settings
- Collaborate with hospitalists to ensure seamless care transitions
- Perform bronchoscopy procedures, including EBUS and NAV bronchoscopy
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
- Ability to obtain VT & DEA licenses
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation Package:
We are offering a highly competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary of $220,000, plus bonuses and incentives based on performance. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO. We also provide relocation assistance to support your move to Vermont.
