Overview

SmartFinancial is a leading insurance marketplace connecting millions of shoppers to our network of insurance partners. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Conduct daily outbound calls to insurance agents and agencies to promote our products and services.
  • Sales and Education: Educate potential clients about our insurance offerings and drive sales growth.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with new clients to ensure long-term business success.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Rapport Building: Ability to connect with clients quickly and effectively to build trust and rapport.
  • Phone and Interpersonal Skills: Strong skills in handling objections and building relationships over the phone.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in B2B sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.g., debt consolidation, tax relief, insurance).
