We are currently in search of a Financial Analysis Specialist to become part of our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting by analyzing historical and current financial data to predict future revenues and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop variance analysis reports and financial models.
  • Monitor financial performance in real-time.
  • Identify and escalate financial concerns to management.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and comparative company analysis.
  • Propose strategies to improve financial outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports.
  • Collaborate with senior finance and accounting personnel.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President of Business Administration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Experience and Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
  • State and Federal Clearances

  • Exhibit strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Possess effective communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Demonstrate collaboration skills with team members.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Power BI.

  • Interact professionally with colleagues.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
