Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial projections and informed business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead financial performance monitoring and reporting, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Escalate financial issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives to measure financial performance and drive improvement.
  • Conduct market research and comparable company analysis to inform financial planning and decision-making.
  • Recommend strategies to increase financial performance and drive business growth.
  • Compile detailed monthly financial reports and provide analysis and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the SVP of Business Administration as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Excellent financial and quantitative skills, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Knowledge of financial software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with strong project management skills.
