About the Role:

As a Security Receptionist at MSCCN, you will play a critical role in the overall security program and in the success of day-to-day operations. You will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
  • Ensure persons entering and exiting the office space correctly sign-in and are assigned the appropriate badge.
  • Mitigate unwanted intruders and escort visitors at all times.
  • Monitor visible and audible alarms and ensure all doors are shut and in optimal condition.
  • Submit a daily activity report outlining critical events, office needs, and relevant updates to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
