We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Frank Gay Commercial Services. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a fantastic opportunity to trade up your career with a competitive base salary ranging from $40K to $50K, plus commission and bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, paid life insurance, matching 401K and IRA contributions, and a weekly pay structure with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE SALES STRATEGIES TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND INCREASE REVENUE.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to meet with clients and prospects, requiring a valid driver's license and willingness to pass background and drug screens.
  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF PROVEN OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN THE HVAC, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICAL SECTORS.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES ALIKE.
