Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist position is a critical role in driving customer retention and growth for Environmental Solutions Group. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upsells or referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Review customer journeys to identify areas of opportunity and provide consultative guidance to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and third-party service providers, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices, working closely with the creative team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level management, to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, success metrics, and data as directed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
