A challenging opportunity has arisen at ADF Engineering for a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and selling consulting engineering services to our established industrial clients in the Midwest region.

The ideal candidate will have five or more years of commercial or industrial sales experience with measurable success and a strong understanding of structural, process, chemical, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles. A working knowledge of industrial clients in Decatur, Illinois; St. Louis, Missouri; and Indianapolis, Indiana would be an added advantage.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and regional factors. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing department to broaden ADF's exposure to target audiences and promote our reputation for creative and cost-effective engineering services. You will also collaborate with our engineering staff to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
