Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Support Executive Directors in training and maintaining a safe environment for all employees.
  • Responsible for timely response to resident, family, employee, community, and regulatory complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven management experience and ability to manage staff.
  • Minimum five years' experience in the Seniors Housing Industry in a supervisory role.
  • Licensed or willing to obtain NJ CALA (Certified Assisted Living Administrator) licensure.
