Position Overview

The primary role of a Loan Specialist is to focus on customer satisfaction. If you are eager to assist individuals during their times of need, this position may be the perfect fit for you.

Compensation Details: Average Pay: $23-$26/hour. Note: Pay range applies only to California residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to all clients.
  • Process credit loan applications and utilize product knowledge to present suitable loan options to current and prospective clients.
  • Ensure accurate management of office cash and maintain security protocols.
  • Increase account volume through sound judgment and effective outreach to customers via phone and in-branch interactions.
  • Reduce delinquent accounts by contacting clients and collecting overdue payments.
  • Accurately receive, track, and post all payments and fees to customer accounts in accordance with company policies.
  • Safely transport funds and deposits to and from the bank.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or cash management role.
  • Ability to pass drug screening, criminal background checks, and credit checks.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office setting, providing consumer loan products both in person and over the phone. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts required. Overtime may be necessary based on business needs and is subject to management discretion.
