Role Overview
As a Project Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing client invoicing and overseeing collections to ensure timely payments.
  • Assisting in project budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Preparing agreements for sub-consultants, processing invoices, and managing expense reports.
  • Maintaining accurate contract documentation and budget entries.
  • Collaborating with project teams to provide essential financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Supporting the development of project management and quality plans.
  • Tracking project deliverables and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Coordinating project initiation documents and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Providing assistance to multiple project managers and the accounting team as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
  • An associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Outlook.
  • A commitment to actively participate in our collaborative culture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience in supervising financial professionals is advantageous.
