This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership abilities and a passion for customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage services
- Coordinate and manage weddings, member gatherings, and private functions
- Lead staff and ensure efficient operations in both front and back of house
- Plan and execute a diverse range of events including weddings, charity events, conferences, and meetings
- Provide training, scheduling, and professional development for team members
- Implement cost control measures and manage inventory effectively
- Inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed operational goals
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management
- Preferred degree in Hospitality Management
- Proven experience in catering, event management, and banquet services
- Experience in managing food and beverage operations within a Private Club setting is a plus
- Strong proficiency in computer applications and relevant software
