Position Summary

We are in search of a skilled and motivated Culinary and Event Operations Manager to oversee our dining and event services at NorthStone Country Club. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing food and beverage operations, as well as coordinating various events. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership abilities and a passion for customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily food and beverage services
  • Coordinate and manage weddings, member gatherings, and private functions
  • Lead staff and ensure efficient operations in both front and back of house
  • Plan and execute a diverse range of events including weddings, charity events, conferences, and meetings
  • Provide training, scheduling, and professional development for team members
  • Implement cost control measures and manage inventory effectively
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed operational goals

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management
  • Preferred degree in Hospitality Management
  • Proven experience in catering, event management, and banquet services
  • Experience in managing food and beverage operations within a Private Club setting is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications and relevant software
