Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing Sales and Service Strategies: Develop and implement sales and service strategies that align with Sephora's vision.
- Coaching and Developing Team Members: Coach and develop team members in selling, service, and operations to drive client engagement.
- Executing Client Service and Sales: Execute our client service model and sales strategies, driving customer loyalty.
- Maintaining Store Standards: Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional environment.
- Client Loyalty and Engagement: Support client loyalty programs and services, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.

$34.30/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location.
Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments. This could be a steppingstone into a more permanent position if you are looking for more in the future.
