Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an outstanding client experience. Advocate for our Retail Excellence Program among clients and colleagues.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives (daily, monthly, yearly).
  • Exceed targets for client data acquisition.
  • Build and nurture authentic client relationships to meet and exceed essential KPIs: (sales, UPT, ATV).
  • Maintain client connections through after-sales service, including thank-you notes, follow-up calls, and product maintenance.
  • Assist the team in establishing new client relationships while preserving existing ones.
  • Manage consignments, including opening and closing processes.
  • Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively and cultivate strong partnerships with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Develop initiatives, contests, and events to drive business growth.
  • Address customer repairs and provide guidance on the best product selections.
Experience & Key Competencies:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury.
  • Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling.
  • Proficient in using retail point of sale systems, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while balancing daily responsibilities.
  • A positive, energetic, and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sales orientation.
