Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to Coach's visual merchandising standards.
  • Operations: Ensure all daily tasks are completed, including maintaining a clean and tidy selling floor, processing transactions, and supporting store inventory processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
