Luxury Retail Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an outstanding client experience. Uphold and advocate for our Retail Excellence Program among clients and colleagues.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives (daily, monthly, yearly).
  • Exceed goals for client data acquisition.
  • Establish and nurture authentic client relationships to meet and exceed essential KPIs: (sales, UPT, ATV).
  • Maintain client connections through after-sales service, including thank-you notes, follow-up calls, and product repair or maintenance follow-through.
  • Assist the team in cultivating new client relationships while sustaining existing ones.
  • Manage consignments effectively.
  • Handle returns and exchanges proficiently.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Develop initiatives, contests, and events that drive business growth.
  • Assist customers with repairs and provide guidance on the best fit for products.
Experience & Key Competencies:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury.
  • Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling.
  • Proficient in retail point of sale systems, as well as Word, Excel, and email.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while balancing daily responsibilities.
  • A positive, engaging, high-energy demeanor that is entrepreneurial and sales-oriented.
