We are in search of a dedicated Donor Experience Specialist to enhance our key donor relationships team and contribute to the creation of outstanding environments and experiences for our most engaged supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of donor-focused functions to design and execute multiple regional events annually, along with a major national event.
  2. Oversee event logistics, including vendor management for venues, audio/visual needs, catering, and support personnel.
  3. Administer the event budget, monitor expenses, and process financial documentation.
  4. Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop promotional materials, donor communications, and event collateral such as invitations and signage.
  6. Facilitate event planning meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the planning phase.
  7. Generate post-event reports, evaluations, and insights for future improvements.
  8. Act as the primary on-site manager during events.
  9. Compile and assess potential event locations, providing recommendations for final selection.
  10. Assist with travel arrangements and planning support for donors visiting international sites.
  11. Organize resources for bi-annual impact reports and shared content repositories.
  12. Work alongside the Marketing and Communications department to create necessary campaign materials or content for donor presentations.
  13. Support presentation preparation and reporting for team meetings and summits.
  14. Maintain event registration processes and ensure donor records are current in the database.

Qualifications:
  1. Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. A minimum of three years of experience in coordinating in-person events.
  3. At least one year of experience in a non-profit or fundraising setting is preferred.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and online event management platforms.
  5. Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
