Clinical Site Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the phlebotomy team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Developing and implementing processes to improve phlebotomy services, including quality control and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall patient experience
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with phlebotomy procedures and equipment
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $73,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
