We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee the construction of 2-3 projects ranging from custom homes to additions and remodels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential construction with exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Manage construction schedule, budget, and daily workflow to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Onsite Documentation: Document and communicate onsite activities using software platforms.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and crew on site to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Job Site Safety: Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, quality, and compliance with building codes.
  • Material Handling: Manage material inventory and handling to prevent losses and delays.
  • Inspections: Schedule, attend, and document inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential construction.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of custom home building and remodeling processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
