Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in Dover, NH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the Northeast territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard new business and resolve customer issues
  • Manage sales pipeline and day-to-day tasks using Salesforce
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers
  • Educate customers on the payment processing industry and Xplor's solutions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong hunter mentality, professional demeanor, and high sense of urgency
  • Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
