Position Overview:

This position requires a minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in audiology, particularly with cochlear implant programming and management of implantable devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinic operations, ensuring effective oversight of clinical personnel and administrative processes.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including pre-and post-operative evaluations, programming, and counseling.
  • Implement clinical improvements and maintain best practices within the team.
  • Support outreach initiatives to enhance clinic visibility and patient engagement.
  • Facilitate research opportunities and assist with complex patient care issues.
  • Oversee training programs for students and staff within the clinics.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Doctorate or Master's degree in Audiology; a Ph.D. is preferred.
  • Over 7 years of clinical audiology experience, with prior management experience being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in cochlear implant technology and hearing aid fitting.
  • Strong leadership and clinical management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
Cochlear offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $130,000 annually, along with a performance-based bonus structure.
