Job Title: Senior Coordinator, Clinical Studies

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee activities related to clinical trials, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership for the overall effective operation of designated protocols, including development, design, and resolution of operations and budget issues.
  • Act as the point of contact for all external and internal agencies, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate sample collection, processing, and shipment according to specific protocol requirements.
  • Coordinate daily patient research schedules, reconcile performed assessments, and follow up on patient-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, enforcing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Five years of experience in research study or direct patient care, with a focus on clinical trials.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and process large quantities of printed information, with a strong command of the English language.
