Job OverviewTranslational Research in Oncology (TRIO) is a global academic clinical research organization dedicated to advancing translational cancer research in the clinical trial setting. Our team is committed to providing cancer treatments of the future to the world of today.

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Outsourcing Manager to join our Finance team. This position will be Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Clinical Outsourcing procedures, trackers, and budget tools
  • Identify, select, engage, and oversee Third Party Organization contracts
  • Negotiate Master Services Agreements and budget grids
  • Oversee budgets, including monthly reviews, forecasts, reconciliations, and change orders
  • Identify and escalate out-of-scope activities for Sponsor Change Orders
  • Train Operations on budget control processes
  • Support Clinical Outsourcing Unit (COU) Managers
  • Assist in developing budget proposals under COU Global Coordinator supervision
  • Ensure timelines and quality standards are met through effective communication with all parties
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or Life Science) is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a clinical trial environment, with at least 2 years in an international setting
  • Expertise in contract and budget negotiation
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
  • High proficiency in MS Office Excel
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country

Pay Range: $100,000.00 to $134,000.00 - Salary to be influenced (or determined) by the education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
