Senior Clinical Outsourcing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Outsourcing Manager to join our Finance team. This position will be Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Clinical Outsourcing procedures, trackers, and budget tools
- Identify, select, engage, and oversee Third Party Organization contracts
- Negotiate Master Services Agreements and budget grids
- Oversee budgets, including monthly reviews, forecasts, reconciliations, and change orders
- Identify and escalate out-of-scope activities for Sponsor Change Orders
- Train Operations on budget control processes
- Support Clinical Outsourcing Unit (COU) Managers
- Assist in developing budget proposals under COU Global Coordinator supervision
- Ensure timelines and quality standards are met through effective communication with all parties
- Bachelor's degree (in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or Life Science) is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a clinical trial environment, with at least 2 years in an international setting
- Expertise in contract and budget negotiation
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
- High proficiency in MS Office Excel
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country

Pay Range: $100,000.00 to $134,000.00 - Salary to be influenced (or determined) by the education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
