Western Technical College is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a K-12 Partnership Specialist. This role will provide leadership and coordination in the implementation of K-12 Partnerships activities through collaboration with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate career pathway exploratory activities for middle and high school students
- Serve as a liaison between Western, regional secondary schools, and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement a year-long plan to visit high school Career and Technical Education and dual credit teachers
- Assist in the development, scheduling, promotion, and tracking of high school dual credit programs
- Lead and monitor the dual credit registration process
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to foster partnerships and promote student success
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of occupational experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of secondary education and career and technical education
- Valid driver's license
