Accounting Specialist

At Nesnah Ventures, we're seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you'll be responsible for managing payables, receivables, and month-end worksheets with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post vendor invoices, customer payments, and receivable documents
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including email inbox maintenance and freight invoice processing
- Assist with banking tasks, including processing incoming mail and checks, and handling daily bank transactions
- Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records, update procedural documentation, and provide backup support
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of related accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and self-motivation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel data entry, and Microsoft Great Plains (a plus)
