Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PTOC Instructor/Controller to join our team at Valiant Integrated Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for instructing gamers in exercise role-playing techniques and assisting them in the use of simulation models and role-playing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instructing Gamers: Provide guidance and instruction to gamers on exercise role-playing techniques, ensuring they understand the simulation models and role-playing concepts.
  • Assisting with Simulation Models: Assist gamers in the use of simulation models and role-playing, helping them to implement rules and workarounds to offset simulation model abnormalities and increase exercise realism.
  • Operating Government Vehicles: Operate Government vehicles as required, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Installing and Maintaining Equipment: Install, operate, and maintain Battlefield Visualization equipment in support of selected exercises/training events at KBSC and remote sites.
  • Providing Staff Support: Provide staff support for After Action Reviews or to Opposing Forces, ensuring seamless execution of exercises and training events.
  • Performing Other Duties: Perform other duties as directed by management, ensuring the successful execution of exercises and training events.
Requirements
  • Honorable Service: Honorable service as an officer or noncommissioned officer in the US Armed Forces.
  • Joint Doctrine Experience: Experience with Allied and US Joint doctrine, organization, and procedures.
  • US Army Doctrine Experience: Experience with US Army doctrine, organization, and procedures.
  • Instructional Experience: Experience in conducting instruction and training.
  • War Gaming Experience: Experience with war gaming or staff techniques.
