Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified personal trainer to join our team at Canyon Ranch Club in Fort Worth, Texas. As a personal trainer, you will deliver one-on-one personalized fitness instruction, customized workout programs based on health and performance assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customized fitness programs for members
  • Conduct health and performance assessments to create tailored workout plans
  • Build relationships with members and create a sense of community
  • Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide a comprehensive wellness experience

Requirements

  • Certified personal trainer certification accredited by NASM, NCCA, ISSA, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fitness expertise in various exercise equipment
  • Additional advanced certifications in personal training (preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification (company-paid certification available during onboarding)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs or more
