Job Title: Group Life Counselor IV/SUDP

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Group Life Counselor IV/SUDP to join our team at Renacer, our Youth Treatment Center in Seattle. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, you will provide direct services to high-risk and chronic runaway youth with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling, milieu management, and supervision to patients
  • Conduct intake procedures, evaluations, and assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Addictions, or related field
  • Registered with DOH as a CDPT
  • Active CDP license from the WA State Department (for CDP/SUD position)
  • Computer skills and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (preferred)
