Customer Engagement Specialist

This position encompasses a variety of customer service tasks, including welcoming patrons, managing merchandise, providing essential information, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Key duties include:

  • Securing merchandise with appropriate safety measures
  • Coordinating with vendor representatives
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Facilitating license sales and managing loyalty programs
  • Maintaining product knowledge
  • Adhering to company protocols

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to perform calculations and handle transactions
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to build and sustain relationships
  • Proficient in operating a Point of Sale system

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Repetitive motion tasks
  • Occasional climbing or descending ladders
  • Light lifting and moving of items
