Customer Support Master Specialist

Gulfstream is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Master Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers on in-service aircraft installations, repairs, and refurbishments.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems on in-service aircraft to determine cause and pursue preventative actions to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Problem Solving: Assist in problem solving to establish or correct planning methods for in-service aircraft refurbishments and installations efficiently.
- Collaboration: Interact with Engineering, Product Support Engineering, and Quality Control to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
- Training and Development: Organize, develop, and administer the Employee Skills Development Program to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Scheduling and Task Management: Plan, schedule, and complete tasks to meet service and delivery schedules.
- Supervision and Instruction: Assist management with supervision and instruction of technicians in proper procedures and techniques of troubleshooting airframe, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Performance Appraisal: Assist with performance appraisal of subordinates and provide guidance and growth opportunities to reinforce developmental areas.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain a current knowledge of industry standards, vendor information, and all other procedures, publications, and general knowledge pertaining to product support installations, repairs, and refurbishments.
- Work Scheduling and Compliance: Assist in maintaining work schedules and updating of CMP cards, and review work, including forms and records, to ensure compliance with Gulfstream Repair Station procedures and FAA Airworthiness Standards.
- Lean Activities: Support Lean activities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manufacturing and Repair Station Procedures: Thorough knowledge of manufacturing and/or repair station procedures and specifications, plant safety, tooling, and quality requirements.
- Troubleshooting Experience: Established track record of troubleshooting manufacturing or installation processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of all applicable machinery and processes necessary to perform the job.
- Communication Skills: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
