Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Resident Services Coordinator to provide supportive services to residents & families in our housing community. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing quality of life, fostering a sense of community, and ensuring residents have access to resources and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supportive Services: Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing their needs, concerns, and questions.
  • Resource Coordination: Connect residents with local resources such as social services, health services, financial assistance, and educational programs.
  • Community Building: Develop and implement programs and events that foster a sense of community and encourage resident participation.
  • Crisis Intervention: Assist residents in resolving personal crises and connecting them to appropriate community resources or emergency services when needed.
  • Resident Advocacy: Act as a liaison between residents and property management to ensure resident satisfaction and address any issues related to housing or services.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all resident interactions and services provided. Submit reports to management as required.
  • Workshops & Educational Programs: Organize informational sessions on topics such as budgeting, life skills, wellness, and more.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in social services, case management, or a similar role working with diverse populations, including low-income, elderly, families, or disabled individuals.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage time effectively, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work 2 days per week, for a total of up to 10-12 hours.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
