Position Overview:
Our esteemed client is seeking a qualified Windows Systems Administrator to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional technical support for server hardware, operating systems, and system software across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level technical assistance for Windows server infrastructure, including web, application, file, and reporting servers.
  • Administer and support Windows Active Directory.
  • Manage server configurations, installations, and troubleshooting for Windows servers.
  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network challenges.
  • Assess and recommend maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as necessary.
  • Demonstrate experience in system administration within a Windows Enterprise environment.
  • Possess working knowledge of Windows operating systems, including 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.
  • Experience with Group Policy management is essential.
  • Familiarity with Print Servers and Print Management software is required.
  • Knowledge of BitLocker configuration is preferred.
  • Document system changes and create knowledge base articles as needed.

Group Policy Management:
  • Update Group Policies for Windows 10 and Office 2016.
  • Organize and streamline existing Group Policies.
  • Install and configure Print Management software and update Print Servers.
