About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Golden, Colorado. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our brewery operations, ensuring the smooth execution of HR-related tasks and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Director and other operational business units
  • Execute office activities and HR processes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Compile and produce complex information for inclusion in reports or presentations
  • Responsible for high-level correspondence through verbal, e-mail, phone, and mail
  • Prepare and file key records, statistics, and reports
  • Administer programs, projects, or other processes specific to the brewery
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with basic HR questions, identify themes, and recommend solutions
  • Create and revise procedures and updates systems by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping, forms control, budgetary oversight, and personnel change
  • Work with internal partners to ensure accurate monitoring and processing of attendance, leave of absence (LOA), and return to work
  • Ensure corrective actions are issued (and filed) in a timely manner and employees are paid correctly
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, experience with Kronos timekeeping system is preferred
  • Exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills
  • Analyze complex information requests and identify trends
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience creating and modifying SharePoint Sites
  • Maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive data in a professional manner
  • Build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • Love a challenge and navigate ambiguity
  • Take accountability for results – act with integrity and honor commitments
