Job Overview

DBL Law, a leading law firm in Louisville and Greater Cincinnati, is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney Specialist to join their team. This role will involve performing associate-level legal work for the Transactional practice group, with occasional support for the Corporate and Real Estate areas as needed.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with supervising attorneys to represent clients in various matters, including negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and agreements, motions, and settlements. They will also provide legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, such as business transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

  • Complete due diligence related to real estate transactions, including closings.
  • Assess risk and advise on risk mitigation strategies.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced attorney with a Juris Doctorate degree and a strong background in Transactional, Corporate, or Real Estate law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience practicing as an associate attorney, excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, high organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
