Job Description

This role requires an experienced desktop support specialist to provide Windows 7 and Windows 10 support to remote locations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • 6 months of hardware breakfix experience
  • Windows 7/10 and MS Office support experience
  • A+ certification or equivalent technical certifications

You must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
