Clinical Specialist, Youth Mobile Crisis

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to youth in crisis. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention and de-escalation services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial comprehensive assessments of clients in need of behavioral health services, including clinical interviews and contact with collateral providers and family members when possible and appropriate.
- Develop diagnostic formulations and treatment recommendations.
- Engage clients in safety and crisis planning.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services as needed.
- Assess eligibility for services, medical necessity, and treatment preferences.
- Develop treatment plans that include client strengths, preferences, and behaviorally based goals and objectives.
- Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field) that meets the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or active pursuit of licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Satisfactory CORI background check.
