Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our Adult Mobile Crisis team at UMass Memorial Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to individuals in crisis, utilizing your expertise in behavioral health to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients in crisis, utilizing clinical interview and collateral provider contact when necessary.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, incorporating client strengths, preferences, and behaviorally based goals.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Document service delivery activities, consents, and releases of information in compliance with program standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a clinical field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or active pursuit of licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Satisfactory CORI background check.
