Job Description:

The Service Desk Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services. As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians who provide technical support to end-users.

You will oversee the daily operations of the IT Service Desk, including assigning and prioritizing service desk tickets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

In addition, you will provide training and support to service desk team members, act as the first point of escalation for complex or high-priority issues, and coordinate IT procurement activities with IT managers.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a strong background in IT support and leadership. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
