The estimated salary for this position is $14.00 USD Hourly. If you have strong customer service skills and are able to perform desk attendant functions with ease, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative, reception, and program support to management and staff.
  • Phone Management: Manage phone activity, including providing general knowledge to callers.
  • Guest Services: Manage walk-in traffic, sign in customers as needed, and greet them in a welcoming manner.
  • RV Site Management: Register and assign RV sites to guests.
  • Sales and Marketing: Provide quotes for RV site rates and upsell guests when possible.
  • Coordination: Assist in coordinating the Retail and Maintenance Departments.
  • Cash Handling: Verify correct charges and credits on guest folios, collect payment for charges, and balance cash and cash equivalents at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints within scope of authority.
  • Safety Awareness: Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately to management.

Requirements:

  • Clerical Skills: High school diploma preferred; minimum age 16 years old. Proficient in clerical skills, including typing, filing, office machine operations, and cash register operation.
  • Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated computer proficiency.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, administrative, telephone, and other communication skills.
  • Scheduling: Ability to arrange and coordinate schedules for reservations.
