Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls to address routine and novel inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Deliver patient support to accurately assist pharmaceutical programs and direct to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Aim to meet and surpass established performance metrics.
  • Record all call details and data findings in accordance with operational protocols.
  • Utilize Knowledge Base resources as a basis for resolving inquiries.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of company security and privacy practices.
  • Engage in ongoing education regarding product updates, new features, and launches.
  • Contribute to enhancing the patient experience by providing feedback to management for product, material, and process improvements.
Work Environment:
  • Full-time position, on-site role.
  • Availability for Monday-Friday across various 8-hour shifts (anytime from 8am-9pm) OR open for availability for 4-day, 10-hour shifts from 10am-9pm.
  • Willingness to work rotating Saturday shifts from 9am-5pm.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, as shifts may evolve based on business requirements.
