Job Summary

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for clients and their loved ones at Pet Palace Resort. This role involves providing top-notch service, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service in all interactions
  • Greet and interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Create and manage customer reservations
  • Conduct facility tours for interested customers
  • Maintain accurate files and records
  • Handle and walk pets during check-in and check-out
  • Perform general upkeep and cleaning of the facility to meet high standards
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours
  • Basic computer software operation skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
