Job Summary

The Senior Vice President of Information Security Sourcing will lead the CISO Sourcing Category, responsible for procurement activities such as negotiating terms, analyzing suppliers, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The overall objective is to acquire goods and services in support of the CISO business line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sourcing strategies that align with business goals and execute against them.
  • Develop internal business partner relationships, key supplier relationships, and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Negotiate market-leading contract and commercial terms for new product acquisitions.
  • Manage and maintain contract and commercial terms with existing regional and global suppliers.
  • Interact with all levels of management, including senior and executive management.
  • Serve as a sourcing and end-to-end supply chain Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Work with Regional Sourcing Leads to coordinate sourcing activities and support regional strategies.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier consolidation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business unit stakeholders to promote procurement influence.
  • Contribute to administrative requirements, such as approved supplier programs and contract management systems.
  • Train and coach employees, monitor quality and quantity of work, and manage day-to-day staff issues.
  • Report on category trends and best practices, driving best-in-class purchasing practices.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in software, cyber security services, and related professional services.
  • Certified Purchase Professional (CPM or CIPS) preferred.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement.
  • Contract and Vendor Management Experience.
  • Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving savings goals and other performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated relationship management, influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Masters degree preferred.
