Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, recommend, and deploy cutting-edge security tools, technologies, and methodologies to bolster Archer's security framework.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to advance security initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive data loss prevention strategy encompassing endpoints, data, networks, cloud services, applications, and systems. Oversee the management, advanced configuration, monitoring, and optimization of the DLP solution; innovate new detection methods and enhance existing ones.
  • Develop a holistic data management strategy that includes data classification, access control, encryption, and data masking.
  • Conduct risk management practices to mitigate supply chain and enterprise risks.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments; spearhead efforts to prioritize and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Lead security investigations and incident response efforts, create automation playbooks, develop queries and analytics, and enhance threat detection capabilities.
  • Support the design and implementation of security best practices for industry certifications.
  • Prepare deliverables, metrics reports, and documentation.
  • Stay informed about current cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, trends, and best practices to proactively enhance the cybersecurity risk and controls program.
  • Implement and utilize technologies, processes, and practices aimed at safeguarding networks, devices, programs, and data from malicious attacks, damage, or unauthorized access.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Information Security or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge across various security domains, including endpoint, cloud, networking, identity and access management, DevOps, incident response, and threat intelligence.
  • Extensive experience in data loss prevention and insider risk management initiatives.
  • Proficient in securing hybrid on-premise and public cloud infrastructures, particularly AWS.
  • Strong grasp of NIST, ISO, and CIS compliance and certification standards.
  • Prior experience in deploying and managing PAM, DLP, SIEM, and other prevalent security tools.
  • Familiarity with zero trust principles and design.
  • Experience integrating security into the complete software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to effectively lead cross-functional projects and drive alignment to achieve objectives.
  • Extensive experience securing Linux, Windows, and Mac OS environments.
  • Proficiency in programming, automation, or development.
  • Hands-on technical expertise is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
  • CISSP or equivalent industry certifications.
  • Experience in the aerospace sector.
