This role is a critical part of our organization, responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our applications and digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and enforcement of security best practices, conducting security assessments and architecture reviews, and implementing state-of-the-art security tools and techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with a focus on application security and product security. They will be able to partner with product and engineering teams to develop and integrate security practices into the development lifecycle, conduct design reviews, code reviews, threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability risk analysis on product and feature development.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing secure coding requirements, leading manual security reviews, identifying and implementing security tools to test code and software for vulnerabilities, evaluating products to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in user-facing flows, and collaborating with product, engineering, and security teams to provide recommendations for solutions focused on reducing business risks.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with good communication and writing skills, who is able to pass a background check and embody the company values. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in information security and be familiar with threat modeling, adept at identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential threats and risks within various architectures.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to develop and integrate security practices into the development lifecycle
