Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Therapist - III (LMHC/LMFT) to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to address clients' mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document all clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies, including HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to promote a culture of care and respect.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work, with a license to practice as a LMHC/LMFT.
  • At least 5 years of experience in providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinical software systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including those with complex mental health needs.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and cultural competence principles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
