Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to address clients' mental health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document all clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies, including HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to promote a culture of care and respect.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work, with a license to practice as a LMHC/LMFT.
- At least 5 years of experience in providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinical software systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including those with complex mental health needs.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and cultural competence principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
