About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ACCS Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions and providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans using person-centered planning.
  • Build relationships with individuals served and develop shared understanding of their goals and the steps necessary to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with care coordination entities, emergency service providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers to ensure the needs of individuals are fully met.
  • Conduct individual sessions, facilitate support groups, and treatment planning meetings with individuals served.
  • Provide clinical consultation and training to staff on the integrated team.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a Master's degree in a social services field with current licensure or license eligibility. Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record are also essential.
