Key Responsibilities:Enhance sales and profit margins by executing sales strategies and managing territories, tailoring approaches for individual clients.Identify and onboard new customer accounts, including proactive outreach to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.Inform clients about convenience and foodservice programs, new product promotions, marketing policies, service specifics, and industry trends.Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports with store managers and assist in identifying potential opportunities.Reduce accounts receivable issues by monitoring compliance with credit terms and addressing any concerns.Stay informed about pricing trends within your sales territory to ensure competitive pricing.Spot opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will boost sales.Engage in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.Perform additional duties as assigned.Local Travel Requirement: This position necessitates the ability to travel to customer locations within the assigned sales territory. Minimal overnight travel may be required.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

The ideal candidate should possess:A proven track record of closing sales across various product lines in a B2B environment.Experience in sales travel and effective time management.General knowledge of food safety standards, including basic HACCP practices and cold-chain integrity.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to conduct professional, results-oriented presentations.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.An energetic and entrepreneurial mindset.A sales professional with a history of increasing market share.
