Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Procurement System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing helpdesk support services for our clients, including troubleshooting issues, providing technical assistance, and maintaining our procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities- Helpdesk Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, providing technical assistance, and resolving problems.
- Procurement System Maintenance: Maintain and update our procurement systems, including ESC PRISM, to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to clients on the use of our procurement systems, including ESC PRISM.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide reports to clients on the use of our procurement systems, including ESC PRISM.
- System Administration: Perform system administration tasks, including determining system requirements, design, modification, procedural changes, and analysis.
- Education: A four-year bachelor's degree is encouraged, but not required.
- Experience: Five years of procurement systems support services experience is required.
- Skills: Intermediate knowledge of ESC PRISM or other federal procurement contract writing systems is required. Additional experience in collecting and maintaining work activity data and documentation, analyzing collected data, and responding to routine and non-routine inquiries is desired.
